After School Clubs

Just Drama, Just Dance, Performing Arts Club, Yoga Beans and Musical Theatre After School Clubs runs at a number of local primary and Secondary schools. The groups are designed to encourage imagination, creativity, confidence and most importantly for the children to have fun.

Just Drama workshops include drama games, team building exercises and some performance work. No singing, no dancing just drama… This is purely a drama based group – which even children who are shy and lack confidence will hugely enjoy and benefit from. All workshop leaders have clear DBS checks and public liability insurance.

Just Dance involves learning dances in a mixture of dance styles to upbeat, fun popular songs. From street dance to musical theatre dance, the main aim of Just Dance will be to have fun through dance. The high-quality sessions will include a warm-up and developing dance skills, tutor-led taught choreography, and creative tasks (like ‘dance catwalk’), with the opportunity for students to perform what they have learnt at the end of half-terms.

Musical Theatre Club – Pupils work towards performing musical theatre songs such as ‘When I Grow Up’ from Matilda and ‘Be Our Guest’ from Beauty and the Beast.
